Reliance jio welcome Offer (free voice and data) may extend till march 2017
Everyone who have a 4g VOLTE supported Phones are eligible for the Jio Welcome Offer from Reliance.
The benefits are:
1. Unlimited data, calls and messages for almost 5 months from now.
2. The unlimited data is actually 4GB per day. The offer is fairly amazing. And tempting.
Reliance jio infocom owned by billionaire Mukesh Ambani may extend their free voice and data offer till March 2017 to reach its client base to at least 100 million. From the launch of this revolutionary unique way to connect the country and support our prime minister Sh. Narendra Modi on 4 September Reliance Jio Infocom offering free voice and data Services on 4G devices.
Currently this free welcome offer is valid till 31 December 2016 but it may be get extended till March 2017 as there are a lot of problems still going on with these jio Sims regarding the calls to other networks . Jio has called out the various other operators in market mainly Airtel, Idea and VodaPhone for not providing the interconnect- which makes it possible that one user from another network can speak to other of different network ,Mukesh Ambani also described about how these big fishes are ragging the new bie (jio) from staying in the market. TRAI had imposed a fine of Rs. 3000 Crore on these big network providers Airtel, Idea and Videophone for not providing the interconnect to jio customers. Looking at these issues reliance jio inofcom have indicated that they may extend this offer till March 2017 until everything gets fixed with the calls to other networks or other problems.
One of the jio’s head of Strategy and Planning were saying that: “it would be really unfair to charge the customers until Jio management gets fully satisfied with the quality of service.” So they will be offering this voice and data offer till march 2017.
Good news is customers will get benefits of this but they surely needs to improve the calls quality to other networks and the one more thing Reliance Jio had already got a green light from the TRAI for its plan to offer free voice call for lifetime but they may charge for the internet packs.
